How To Buy

Custom Picks are available to retailers, artists and organizations in our 1500pc Fishbowl (Random Mix of Gauges & Colors of a Single Pick Material) or in 100pc Bags (15 Bag min). When purchasing custom picks in 100pc bags, you may specify gauges and colors of pick materials (100pc min per color/gauge) so long as the same ink color and artwork is used for the 15 bag min. print job.

Transparent V-Resin® is one of our most popular materials, which combines V-resin toughness and flexibility with a transparent "glass-like" beauty.

NOTE: V-Resin Trans is only made available in a 1500pc Fishbowl. Second Side printing is not recommended due to transparency of the material.

A Word About Ink Colors
  1. The inks we use are specially made for this type of printing.
  2. They are not 100% opaque.
  3. Pick color or material (matte or shiny) may slightly change the look of the ink, when used on picks other than white.
  4. We can’t guarantee that it will exactly match the sample above but will be very close.

Artwork Submission

Logos

  • We need a Black imprint on a WHITE BACKGROUND ONLY!
  • NO HALFTONES, TINTS, GRADIENTS or TRANSPARENCIES.
  • Native VECTOR Illustrator files are PREFERRED
  • We also accept 300 dpi Photoshop EPS, TIF or PSD with path; or
  • 3” x 3” JPEG of 300 dpi or larger (NO GIF or JPEG web files)

There are two ways to send in your artwork for custom printing setup. You can postal mail a clean, camera ready 3”x3” hard copy of the logo artwork, or email a (3”x3” - 300 dpi) digital file.

Typeset

  • Please select from the list of available fonts found above in What To Print.
  • If you require a font that is not found on our list, we ask that you supply your custom font
  • We suggest eliminating www. from web addresses on any items

Additional Artwork Submission Notes

  • EPS Files must be zipped or stuffed before sending
  • We cannot work with art embedded in MS Word Files

Custom Guitar Pick Printing: Notes & Issues

  1. Please note the illustration to the right to see the PRINTABLE PICK AREA. It is small, about the size of a penny, 5/8" circle/square. Please keep this in mind when deciding on artwork. (For Heavy and X-Heavy, this space is even smaller as the picks are smaller and thicker.)
  2. The space for 346 and 355 is slightly larger. The space for 358, 347, 354 is much smaller. Spacing for a 358 pick (the smallest pick) is a 3/8th inch diameter circle.
  3. Typeset Note: Longer store names or web addresses may need to be stacked. Please consider this when submitting a typeset or combination logo/typeset request.
